Construction
Hetinax on an aluminum blank is a ready-to-use tool for final edge refinement. The resin-impregnated material provides an optimal balance of hardness and softness for use with abrasive pastes, while the aluminum base ensures even pressure and durability.
Versatility
Suitable for use with diamond and CBN pastes, as well as Gunny Juice polycrystalline emulsions. Allows you to achieve high-quality processing of the cutting edge, starting from 14 microns and up to the finest grains (0.1 microns).
Advantages
The soft structure of hetinax prevents damage to the treated surface. Aluminum base ensures a long service life of the tool. The size of 150x25x5 mm is ideal for working with different types of tools.
Application
Apply a small amount of paste to the surface of the hetinax and spread it evenly. Treat the cutting edge of the tool with light pressure. Repeat the process until the desired result is achieved.
For best results, we recommend using hetinax on an aluminum plate together with pastes from Poltava or Venev factories, as well as with Gunny Juice polycrystalline emulsions.
