The Herold Solingen Green Stropping Paste is an abrasive compound designed for honing and restoring the cutting edge on leather strops. It prepares the blade for further refinement and polishing.
Stage
The green compound has a coarser abrasive level compared to the red Herold paste and is intended for initial edge maintenance. It allows you to quickly restore sharpness without returning to sharpening stones.
How to use
Apply a small amount of paste to the leather strop and spread it evenly across the surface.
Hone the blade with light pressure. For best results, follow with a finer polishing paste or finish on clean leather.
