Hapstone Ruby Ceramic

Ruby Ceramic Sharpening Stones are used for finishing sharpening knives using compatible knife sharpeners Hapstone. The stone has an extremely high hardness rating. 

Ruby Ceramic scarcely wears over time. Extra-fine ceramic stones provide a super finish for the cutting edge. The stone has a grit size of approximately 3000 (JIS)

How to use
