Ready to use
Chosera stones are preliminarily lapped and do not require lapping after purchase.
The stones are mounted on high-quality aluminum blanks for use with Hapstone knife sharpeners.
Use and care
Chosera should be used with water as a lubricant. Do not soak Chosera stones in water for more than a few seconds.
Use a splash of water or a water spray during sharpening. Never store the stones in water and never dry them near heat.
