Material
This lightweight and durable carbon fiber blank is ideal for Apex format stones, providing stiffness and longer stone life. It features a standard 45-degree bevel and is made of high-quality 3mm carbon fiber.
Finishing
Its key advantage is the possibility to install a finishing material (leather, wood, copper, cast iron) which further reduces the polishing pressure to achieve an ultra-fine finish.
Compatibility
The blank is compatible with diamond and CBN stones and can be safely dipped in a chlorine solution to open them. (This was impossible on aluminum blanks, the bleach would just damage the blank)
