Hello,
To achieve a true mirror finish you will need emulsions in the range of 3 down to 0.5 micron.
It is very important, however, to match the emulsion progression to the stone you finish on:

If you finish on a stone like Boride F1200 (≈5/3 micron), the best progression would be 3 µm → 1 µm.
-
If you finish on a diamond stone 14/10 µm, then we recommend 9 µm → 6 µm → 3 µm progression.
This way you will get the most consistent mirror polish.
